Grudziądz is the only city in Poland where the tramway enters the Old Town Square. The ride through the narrow streets and sharp bends will stay in your memory for a long time.
You can start your journey from the Market Square towards the northern part of the city. Legionów and Wybickiego Streets are extremely rich in historic architecture and former military buildings.
Along the Aleja 23 Stycznia and then along Chełmińska Street, one of the longest streets in Grudziądz, you will head towards the southern part of the city. You will see, among others, the buildings of the smithy – the former August Ventzki’s Agricultural Machine Factory, the buildings of the former meat processing plant and the former barracks of the pioneer battalion. You will end your journey in the Rządz district.
